Katie Pendleton, founder and owner of The Fort Construction Co. grew up in a small town in Washington, where her love for building things began in woodshop class. It was there she discovered her passion for construction, which would eventually shape her career. Katie received her degree in construction management and business administration. After starting her professional journey in commercial construction, she found a deep connection to high-end residential building, combining her expertise with a love for craftsmanship and client relationships. This passion led her to establish The Fort a little over five years ago, and the company has grown exponentially due to its commitment to quality, attention to detail, and personalized service.
Katie Pendleton is not only a professional but also a mom of three. She wants to instill hard work, integrity and cultivate a passion for creating in future generations. These strong characteristics are what have helped define her why and promoting youth into the trades is the result of that goal.
